We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Account Executive to support sales growth through lead generation, client relationship management, and order coordination.

This role is critical in strengthening customer relationships, supporting sales representatives, and ensuring seamless communication between clients and the sales team. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal skills, sales experience, and a consultative mindset to identify client needs and provide effective product solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Customer Development

  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through lead generation.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend products based on their requirements.

  • Develop long-term partnerships to support business growth.

Sales Support and Coordination

  • Support sales representatives by handling administrative and operational tasks.

  • Ensure sales teams have updated materials and resources to improve productivity.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for urgent calls, emails, and customer requests when representatives are unavailable.

  • Coordinate sales-related activities to maintain workflow efficiency.

Order Management and Customer Service

  • Process orders via phone, email, and mail with accuracy and timeliness.

  • Verify pricing, discounts, and product details before order completion.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through accurate order handling and timely follow-up.

  • Maintain strong communication with customers regarding order status and product information.

Reporting and Sales Records

  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.

  • Prepare reports and provide updates for the senior management team.

  • Track sales activities and customer interactions for performance analysis.

Technical Requirements

Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles.

  • Experience in B2B sales environments is preferred.

Sales and Customer Management

  • Strong consultative selling skills.

  • Ability to identify customer needs and match them with product solutions.

  • Experience in customer relationship management and account development.

  • Knowledge of sales support processes and pipeline management.

Tools and Platforms

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

  • Ability to maintain and organize sales records effectively.
