Public Sectorは官公庁、自治体、教育、ヘルスケア（製薬、病院）、そして日本の防衛分野まで幅広い分野のサブインダストリーをみています。そのすべてにおいて日本のパートナー様（SIer/ISV)との協業は不可欠です。特に日本の公共分野のクラウド化が遅れた原因は日本のSierなどのベンダーロックインや、ISVのクラウド化の遅れなどの原因も指摘されており、マイクロソフトにおいての公共領域においてパートナー様とトランスフォーメーションと今後来る公共SaaSなどへのISVのモダナイズが不可欠です。本ポジションは「Business Development 」Roleとして上記サブインダストリーの注力すべきパートナー様のデジタル変革、AIソリューション開発、または自社IPのモダナイゼーションを弊社パートナー部門と連携しながら、パブリックセクターのリエゾンとしてCross functionでDriveしていただきます。

Responsibilities

• パートナーとの強固なリレーションの構築
• マイクロソフトのパートナープログラムを熟知し、また短期にキャッチアップし、ニーズを拾い、パートナー部門および本社にエスカレーションを行う
• 複数部署にまたがるメンバーをオーケストレーションしながらパートナ向けの協業推進を行う
• 公共マーケットの情報を収集し、セールスリーダーとの連携を行いながらパートナー戦略を立案する
• パブリックセクターリードのビジネスマネージャーとしての補佐的な業務を行う（2割くらいを想定）
• 四半期毎/にターゲットパートナとQBRを実施し案件を管理、案件獲得のための適切なエスカレーションの実施

Qualifications

• パートナー担当として5年以上の営業、もしくはソリューションセールスの経験
• 公共市場の知識を速やかにキャッチアップできること
• セールスリーダーと連携し、パートナーの課題やビジョン、中長期的な事業計画に対する戦略的、包括的なプランの立案および実行経験
• パートナーと協力してビジネス獲得に向けたプラン作成と遂行経験
