At Tufin, we help organizations simplify and secure their networks through intelligent security policy management. As an Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in driving growth by engaging mid-market enterprises within a defined territory, building pipeline, and closing new business.
This role is focused on proactive outreach, strong discovery conversations, and guiding opportunities through the full sales cycle. You’ll use a structured sales process, collaborate closely with channel partners, and maintain clear communication and documentation across systems like Salesforce, DiscoverOrg, and Outlook.
What You’ll Do...
- Achieve annual revenue goals aligned to a clearly defined quota
- Manage full-cycle sales engagements with mid-market enterprise customers, from first conversation through close
- Execute outbound phone and email campaigns to generate new meetings and build a healthy pipeline
- Qualify inbound marketing leads while also developing outbound opportunities within your territory
- Partner with channel organizations to identify, advance, and close new business
- Leverage sales tools, events, and partner ecosystems to uncover and prioritize target accounts
- Lead discovery discussions and virtual presentations that connect customer needs to Tufin’s solutions
- Build trusted customer relationships by understanding challenges, addressing questions, and supporting long-term success, including renewals
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates in Salesforce and related tools
Requirements
What You Are...
- 3+ years of experience in direct sales, outbound prospecting, or quota-carrying roles
- Confidence engaging customers through phone, email, and virtual meetings
- Experience in high-tech environments; cybersecurity and/or networking knowledge is a strong plus
- A structured, organized approach to managing opportunities and sales activity
- Strong communication skills and a consistent focus on follow-through
- A collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams and partner channels
- Flexibility to support business needs across time zones as required
