What You Will Do
- Own the end-to-end process of recruiter partnerships, from identification to onboarding and long-term engagement.
- Manage a portfolio of top recruiter partners, ensuring they achieve success and remain enthusiastic about the platform.
- Qualify and curate the supply of recruiters, maintaining high standards as the ecosystem scales.
- Develop and refine outbound systems that consistently generate a robust pipeline of potential partners.
- Engage the right recruiters when new roles are introduced on the platform, ensuring they are ready to deliver results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape the partner experience and define what success looks like for recruiter partners.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 1–5 years of experience in growth roles at fast-paced startups.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to earn trust and credibility among sharp operators.
- A growth mindset focused on building durable partnerships rather than just closing sales.
- Proven track record of running outbound initiatives and building a pipeline while maintaining quality in partner selection.
- Comfort in navigating ambiguity, with a knack for testing and iterating to create repeatable success.
Preferred
- Experience in marketplace environments, such as those found in leading internet platforms.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage relationships effectively.
- A history of exceeding performance metrics, such as being a quota-crusher or achieving fast promotions.
Compensation and Benefits
