About the Role
We are looking for highly motivated Account Executives (Sales Managers) to join our team. As an integral part of our commercial team, you will report directly to the Commercial Leader and be responsible for expanding our market presence in the i-gaming, e-sports, internet, and skill gaming industries. This is a unique opportunity to work with a fast-growing startup at the forefront of Web3 blockchain payment solutions, helping businesses in these dynamic sectors unlock new possibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Development
    Build a strong pipeline of prospects by leveraging your personal network and creating new opportunities within the i-gaming, e-sports, and skill gaming sectors.

  • Sales Management
    Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring client needs are fully met. Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and consultative selling approaches.

  • Client Relations
    Develop long-term relationships with vendors, acting as their trusted advisor for Web3 blockchain payment solutions. Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Market Leadership
    Identify industry trends and insights to guide strategic planning and sales execution. Collaborate with internal teams to provide market-driven feedback for product improvements.

  • Representation and Advocacy
    Represent the company at industry events, forums, and conferences, fostering awareness and strengthening relationships within the Web3 ecosystem.

Requirements

  • Experience

    • At least 5 years of proven success in business development or sales targeting vendors in i-gaming, e-sports, internet, or skill gaming industries.

    • Minimum 3 years of experience working with Web3 blockchain payment solutions.

  • Key Skills

    • Strong ability to independently develop and manage a sales pipeline.

    • Deep industry knowledge and personal network within i-gaming, e-sports, and related sectors.

    • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Preferred

    • Experience working in startups, showcasing agility, resilience, and innovative thinking.

    • Experience dealing with partners in the Web3 space.
