Description

Planet Depos is hiring early-career sales professionals for our 12-week LAUNCH Sales Academy.

The program combines structured training with preparation for a full-cycle, client-facing Account Executive role. As an Account Executive, you will work with law firms and legal professionals to understand their court reporting needs and recommend Planet Depos services and technology. You will develop new business, grow existing client relationships, demonstrate our technology, and serve as a reliable resource to your clients.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Develop new business by researching prospects, building relationships, and introducing law firms to the Planet Pro Suite of court reporting services
• Grow existing accounts by identifying additional opportunities within client firms
• Learn to confidently consult on Planet Depos court reporting technology and services with attorneys and legal professionals
• Lead presentations, demonstrations, lunch-and-learns, and client meetings
• Execute a disciplined sales activity plan and maintain accurate CRM follow-up
• Visit clients and participate in networking and industry events
• Partner with operations teams to provide a strong client experience

PLANET DEPOS LAUNCH SALES ACADEMY

• 12 weeks focused on developing the industry knowledge, sales skills, and operating habits needed for the selling court reporting services
• Conduct Planet Pro technology demonstrations
• Build and manage a structured weekly activity plan
• Handle common client questions and objections
• Expand law-firm relationships and identify new revenue opportunities
• Build client trust through consultative selling

Candidates should be prepared for a demanding training program. Some assignments may take place outside normal business hours, and the role periodically includes evening client and industry events.

Requirements

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to confidently present to groups of 20 or more
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with urgency, accountability, and follow-through

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Year 1 compensation $75,000 base salary, $100,000 OTE
