Why are you seeing this vacancy?

We are currently looking to grow our team by adding a brand‑new Account Executive to strengthen our presence in the North American market. This role is fully remote, open to candidates across the US and Canada. Wherever you’re based, you’ll be part of our multicultural Aexus community, staying connected and supported through our collaborative way of working.

Tasks

You’ll start by applying your BDR expertise in prospecting and pipeline building, while progressively taking ownership of full‑cycle AE responsibilities, from discovery calls to closing deals. As Account Executive at Aexus, you are responsible for the introduction of 3 highly innovative software technology solutions across the North American market.

You will be working on new business activities together with your partners at a strategic level starting from:

• Defining a joint go-to-market strategy and business planning.
• Initiating and managing multi-level sales processes, from initial contact to closure.
• You will be responsible for developing relationships with the partner and potential prospects.
• As AE you will guide the partner in identifying verticals, ICP, developing the proposition and positioning it on the market.

In this process you will be assisted by your Sales Manager and the GTM Team.

Requirements

• A completed bachelor’s degree in business or similar.
• 2–3 years of BDR experience in B2B SaaS/tech.
• A solid understanding and familiarity of/with the North American market and business culture.
• Experience with online prospecting and lead generation, strategic cold-calling, and most of all, you enjoy the hunting process and deal closing.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and native-like communication skills in English (written and oral).
• You are goal-oriented, (sales) driven, organized, and highly motivated to succeed.
• A creative thinker with an affinity for innovative and disruptive technology.
• A true self-starter that can operate independently and can be a trusted team member.
