Key Responsibilities May Include:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving locations, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with asset productivity objectives.
  • Drive improvements in collection performance by identifying route causes of failure and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and the CIFOT measure.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction by conducting regular visits and providing targeted training for retailer staff, ensuring effective equipment control practices are in place.
  • Ensure the successful onboarding and implementation of new customers, establishing agreements around asset recovery processes to ensure a smooth transition and operational efficiency.
  • Manage and execute audit programs within the account portfolio to ensure adherence to asset management standards and identify opportunities for improvement. Maintain accurate audit result forecast.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth initiatives, develop solutions that improve asset recovery, and expand CHEP’s customer base.
  • Monitor asset control metrics, using data to proactively identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance asset recovery performance.

Principais Responsabilidades:

Estabelecer e manter relacionamentos sólidos com as principais partes interessadas nos locais de recebimento de paletes, promovendo colaboração e garantindo alinhamento com os objetivos de produtividade de ativos.
Impulsionar melhorias no desempenho de coleta, identificando causas raiz de falhas e colaborando com equipes internas para melhorar a experiência do cliente e o indicador CIFOT.
Aumentar a satisfação do cliente realizando visitas regulares e oferecendo treinamentos direcionados para as equipes dos varejistas, garantindo a aplicação de práticas eficazes de controle de equipamentos.
Assegurar o onboarding e a implementação bem-sucedidos de novos clientes, estabelecendo acordos sobre processos de recuperação de ativos para garantir uma transição suave e eficiência operacional.
Gerenciar e executar programas de auditoria dentro do portfólio de contas para garantir conformidade com os padrões de gestão de ativos e identificar oportunidades de melhoria. Manter previsões precisas dos resultados das auditorias.
Colaborar com equipes internas e parceiros externos para apoiar iniciativas de crescimento do negócio, desenvolver soluções que melhorem a recuperação de ativos e expandir a base de clientes da CHEP.
Monitorar métricas de controle de ativos, utilizando dados para identificar proativamente áreas de melhoria e implementar ações corretivas para aprimorar o desempenho de recuperação de ativos.

Experiência

  • A partir de 3 anos de experiência em Logística, Indústrias ou Varejo em posições comerciais e/ou pós-vendas em empresa de prestação de serviços;
  • Competência para cruzar informações de diferentes fontes e propor soluções.
  • Atuação anterior em posições com comerciais e/ou pós-vendas em empresa de prestação de serviços ou operador logístico;
  • Experiência prévia em elaboração e controle de KPI's e apresentações.

Habilidades e Conhecimentos

  • Conhecimento em sistemas ERP: SAP, Salesforce;
  • Conhecimento em análise de dados, pacote Office, Power BI, etc.;
  • Necessário conhecimento em Pacote Office e Excel Avançado.
