Responsibilities:
Sales of Aareon products and services to existing customers in the housing industry in Berlin and Brandenburg (Upselling and Cross-Selling)
Development and implementation of a sustainable account plan to increase revenue and customer retention
Building long-term strategic partnerships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities
Managing the entire sales process – from analyzing customer needs and preparing offers to contract negotiation and closure
Close collaboration with internal teams such as Presales, Solution Sales, and Customer Success Management
Supporting revenue marketing in targeted campaigns
Monitoring and professional management of customer relationships to increase sales and customer satisfaction
Your Profile:
Completed degree in business administration/business economics, real estate management or comparable vocational training, e.g. real estate agent (m/f/d), supplemented by professional experience appropriate to the position with a focus on sales
Several years of experience in B2B sales and account management, ideally in the IT or SaaS sector with a focus on the real estate industry
Strong knowledge of processes in the housing industry
Market expertise in the housing sector in Berlin/Brandenburg
High level of initiative, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking
Passion for working with customers and developing long-term business relationships
Willingness to travel within the sales region
Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
