As an Account Executive – Production Print, you'll partner with customers to understand their business challenges and deliver innovative Production Print solutions that drive efficiency, quality, and growth. Using a consultative sales approach, you'll develop new business opportunities while managing the sales journey from prospecting through to solution delivery.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving business challenges, and achieving ambitious targets.
Achieve and exceed sales revenue and unit targets across Ricoh's Production Print Solutions portfolio, including hardware and software.
Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, and delivering solution-based sales within the Production Print market.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead management, timely follow-up, and effective territory planning.
Develop and present tailored solutions that address customer needs and support their long-term business objectives.
Maintain accurate sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts within Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate with Professional Services, Customer Care, Finance, and other internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive advantage.
Continuously strengthen product knowledge and industry expertise through ongoing learning and knowledge sharing.
Represent Ricoh professionally at customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand presence and generate new business.
Foster long-term customer relationships by providing trusted advice, delivering value-driven solutions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
