This is a unique opportunity for a proven SaaS seller to step into a strategic overlay role focused on the Product and Engineering function. You’ll help organizations adopt a purpose-built platform designed to modernize product operations, support agile development cycles, and integrate AI-driven workflows.
In this role, you'll partner closely with the core AE team while serving as a subject matter expert in product collaboration, product lifecycle management (PLM), and the growing intersection between AI and product development.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and pursue opportunities within Product, Engineering, and R&D organizations
Lead discovery and value positioning tailored to product ops, innovation, and collaboration pain points
Drive adoption of a dedicated ProductCentral platform across new and existing accounts
Translate technical functionality into clear, business-relevant ROI for multiple personas
Candidate Profile
Recent experience selling into Product or Engineering teams
Deep understanding of modern product ops and agile development workflows
Familiar with tools such as Jira, ProductBoard, Aha!, Pendo, Maze, ClickUp, or similar
Able to articulate the value of AI and automation in the product development lifecycle
Experience with complex, multi-threaded sales cycles
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $160,000–$170,000
On-Target Earnings: $320,000+
Equity: Substantial RSU package
