As an Account Executive, you will drive sales growth and be responsible for managing the full sales cycle - from initial contact to closing. You'll take part in shaping sales processes from the ground up, learning from experienced teams, and developing your career in a consultative sales environment focused on solving customer problems.


What will you do:

  • Lead generation and prospecting through targeted outreach strategies, cold calling, networking, and personal referrals
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to each client's specific needs
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align sales efforts with company goals and product roadmaps
  • Analyse sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Stay informed about PDF industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the software industry
  • Extensive experience in running full-cycle sales processes
  • Proven track record of successful outbound prospecting and lead generation
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English
  • Consultative mindset with high curiosity and initiative
  • The technical acumen to articulate complex product solutions with clarity and confidence
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with distributed teams

Would be a plus:

  • German language proficiency
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot
