Job Description

About the role

This role is all about execution, partnership and getting the detail right. As Account Executive, you’ll support the NZ Sales Manager across order management, delivery, replenishment and business planning to help ensure our wholesale customers receive the right product, at the right time, and in full.

You’ll be a key connector between Sales, Planning, Merchandising, Order Management, Distribution, Finance and our external retail partners — helping drive strong commercial outcomes while protecting the premium position and operational excellence of the Levi’s® brand.

What you’ll do

  • Manage the end-to-end order process, from order placement through to delivery, including replenishment orders.
  • Support delivery performance by helping ensure orders are delivered in full and on time.
  • Partner closely with the NZ Sales Manager on order placement, sell-through performance and customer requirements.
  • Support go-to-market execution by tracking milestones, deadlines and activity aligned to the GTM calendar.
  • Build strong working relationships with key customer contacts and internal cross-functional partners.
  • Process orders in SAP in line with account requirements, guidelines and timelines.
  • Coordinate pricing templates, product information, delivery schedules and received goods processes.
  • Work with Planning and Distribution to identify delivery issues and help drive practical, customer-focused solutions.
  • Support the NZ Sales Manager and Sales Agents with data, reporting and solution-based actions to close gaps to sales targets.
  • Prepare reports and ad hoc analysis to support the wholesale business.

About you

You’re organised, commercially minded and confident working with numbers, systems and stakeholders. You enjoy solving problems, building trusted relationships and keeping the wheels turning behind the scenes so customers and teams can deliver their best work.

You bring strong attention to detail, a customer-first mindset and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. You’re comfortable working cross-functionally and know how to turn information, process and follow-through into great outcomes.

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in a similar sales support, account coordination, order management or wholesale operations role.
  • Strong Excel capability and confidence working with data, reports and formulas.
  • Experience using SAP or a similar order management system.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage timelines, priorities and detail.
  • An analytical, numbers-focused mindset with a practical approach to problem solving.
  • A collaborative style and the confidence to build relationships across teams and with external retail partners.
  • Ideally, 5+ years’ experience in a similar environment.
