ABOUT US

ABOUT US

At ACCURE, we empower batteries and those who use them.

Battery storage is becoming the backbone of the grid, and ACCURE makes sure those batteries deliver. We combine deep battery intelligence with hands-on performance engineering. That helps owners and operators earn more from their battery energy storage systems, spend less running them and keep them valuable for longer. Today we support 27+ GWh of BESS capacity for customers worldwide.

Our vision: to be the assurance and outperformance layer for grid-scale battery assets, delivering the power the market needs at exactly the right time.

Getting there takes people who can turn battery data into business results for our customers. At ACCURE, commercial, engineering and product experts from diverse backgrounds work side by side towards a clean energy future. We're looking for driven people to take our story to the EMEA market and grow with our fast-growing international team.

Your Role

• Pipeline generation: Prospect into our top 400 target accounts – BESS owners, operators, developers and investors across North America – and turn them into qualified first meetings for our Account Executives.
• Multi-channel outreach: Run well-researched outbound campaigns across phone, email, LinkedIn and industry events, and keep sharpening your messaging based on what actually lands.
• Account mapping: Research target organisations, identify the right people in asset management, operations and finance. Map out their portfolio and build account plans together with the sales team.
• Qualification: Lead first discovery conversations to understand a prospect's portfolio, pain points and buying process, and hand over opportunities with full context.
• Deal support: Join AE calls, support proposals and follow up on open opportunities – learning the full sales cycle and taking on your own smaller deals as you grow.
• Market voice: Keep our CRM clean, own your pipeline numbers and bring what you hear in the US market back to Sales, Marketing and Product.

Your Skills

• Sales experience: You have 2–4 years in B2B sales, ideally in an outbound SDR/BDR role with clear targets, in energy, clean-tech or SaaS.
• Hunter mindset: You enjoy cold outreach, take a 'no' in your stride and measure yourself on meetings booked and pipeline created.
• Account Executive ambition: You want to move into a closing role and are actively building the skills to get there – this is not your first job, it's your next step.
• Energy curiosity: You're keen to understand how battery storage assets are operated and make money; experience in energy or renewables is a strong plus.
• Sharp communication: You write concise, personalized outreach and are confident talking to senior technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Self-starter: You organize your own day, work well in a small, internationally distributed team.
• Location: You're based in Austin and are happy to meet our other Austin based team members regularly. Your are authorized to work in the US.

Our Offer

• Global professional growth: Thrive in an international professional setting characterized by flat hierarchies, supportive teams, and room for independence.
• Teamwork: Become an integral part of a team of creative thinkers, builders, and problem solvers who are passionate about batteries, decarbonization, and opportunities to address climate change.
• Company events: Two 5-day company onsites per year in Europe + (remote) team events.
• Never stop learning: Personal development plan and budget that you can actively shape. Advance your area of expertise and develop in new domains as part of professional development serving energy system transformations.
• For a better tomorrow: Collaborate with builders and problem solvers who are passionate about batteries, decarbonization, and opportunities to address climate change.
• A job that shapes the future and turns our planet greener one battery at a time.
