Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in new business sales and meeting business goals.
  • Ability to communicate in Italian and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing digital marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
  • Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through tactical focus and execution.
  • Understanding of the online advertising industry and local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
  • Ability to be stand-alone, comfortable with ambiguity, and grow in a team environment
  • Ability to pitch advertising solutions for all clients with excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the whole sales cycle for the new business acquisition and managing the relationship for another 6 months after closure to ensure the customer satisfaction, performance and upsell opportunities.
  • Prospect and build a pipeline of new business and initiating relationships with new clients, working in close partnership with our sales development, onboarding, agency and marketing teams.
  • Acquire high touch high value business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
  • Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals, utilising the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions i.e., YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google display network, app promotion.
  • Deliver consistently against strategic goals, while prioritising and delivering an outstanding experience to Google's advertisers within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
