Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in full life-cycle sales.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Arabic to engage with clients in the region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in building a pipeline from scratch through strategic and tactical focus and execution.
  • Experience in planning, delivering and executing marketing campaigns, measurement and creative strategy.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the online advertising industry and knowledge of the local market with insights into both digital and traditional media.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a working strategy.
  • Ability to self-initiate, comfortable with ambiguity, and ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to pitch comprehensive advertising solutions for all clients.

Ireland: €76000 - €78000 (EUR) + 35% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full business cycle from prospecting to close for the new business acquisition team focusing new business clients for Google and managing the relationship for another 6 months after closure to ensure customer satisfaction, performance and promotion opportunities.
  • Build a pipeline of new business by identifying and initiating relationships with new clients, working in close partnership with our Sales Development, Onboarding, Agency and Marketing teams.
  • Acquire business agreements through outbound prospecting, cold calling, consulting, educating, pitching, closing, and relationship management.
  • Consult with clients to achieve domestic and export online marketing and business goals utilising the full suite of Google’s marketing solutions i.e. YouTube, Google Search and Shopping, Google Display Network, App Promotion.
  • Deliver consistently against goals, while prioritizing and delivering to Google's advertisers in MENA.
