What You’ll Do and Who You’ll Work With

This Mid-Market Account Executive role is for a proactive hunter ready to take on larger, more strategic opportunities across organisations with up to 1500 employees.

Reporting to the VP, Asia, you’ll own your territory end-to-end — prospecting, qualifying and closing new business while leading consultative HR technology sales cycles with senior and executive stakeholders. You’ll help customers move from manual, fragmented or legacy processes to modern, connected and data-driven workforce solutions. You’ll have the autonomy to build your territory, supported by experienced leaders, Solution Consultants, Marketing and Business Development teams.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll own the entire customer journey:

• Build and execute your territory strategy.
• Prospect and generate your own pipeline through outbound activity and referrals.
• Run consultative discovery with HR, Finance, Operations and Executive stakeholders.
• Engage CHROs, CFOs, CIOs, HR operations leaders, payroll teams and business heads across complex buying committees.
• Build compelling business cases around productivity, compliance, payroll accuracy, workforce visibility, employee experience and measurable ROI with support from Pre-Sales.
• Lead complex buying committees through the entire sales cycle.
• Create land-and-expand strategies by identifying initial high-impact use cases and building a pathway for broader HCM and Workforce Management transformation.
• Negotiate and close new business.
• Deliver accurate forecasting through Salesforce.
• Work with Solution Consultants, Marketing, Business Development teams, partners and ecosystem influencers to build market presence and progress opportunities.
• Consistently exceed your sales targets.

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for someone who’s already successful and wants to accelerate their career. You’ll probably have:

• 5+ years of success in SaaS sales or running your own successful business.
• A track record of exceeding quota.
• Strong outbound prospecting skills.
• The ability to open doors in greenfield accounts and create urgency where HR transformation may not yet be budgeted.
• Experience running full sales cycles.
• Confidence presenting to senior decision-makers.
• A consultative approach to selling.
• Comfort navigating price-sensitive, ROI-driven buying environments with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
• A genuine desire to continue learning and growing.
• Experience managing consultative SaaS sales cycles.
• Exposure to industries with large, distributed or frontline workforces—such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare, hospitality, logistics, BFSI, IT/ITES or GCCs—would be an advantage.
• Experience selling HR technology, payroll, Workforce Management, HCM, ERP, employee experience platforms or other enterprise SaaS solutions will be highly valued.
