DESCRIPTION

Matterport is looking for a Sales Account Executive to join our ambitious, enthusiastic and performance driven team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sales person to be on the front line with your clients, selling solutions and services across AEC, Commercial Real Estate, Retail, Facilities Management, and Hospitality to a range of medium to large customers in the DACH region. You will thrive in a fast paced environment, and demonstrate a history of winning and exceeding targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver and exceed quarterly targets for SaaS and Services. This is achieved by selling to clients regularly face to face and via online meetings.
• Key focus on driving New Sales in your territory whilst growing a handful of selected existing accounts. This is a New Business role.
• Generate Pipeline for your territory by prospecting into existing and new targets. Creating at least 50% of your own pipeline
• Deliver sales, technical presentations & demo’s to new & existing via both web presentations and on site presentations including our Pro 3D camera
• Strong Product Acumen understanding of the Matterport value proposition and benefits
• Be operationally excellent in the day-to-day running of your territory by accurately forecasting weekly, monthly and quarterly numbers.
• Excellent application of Sales tools such as SFDC, Groove, Highspot, Linkedin
• Be a team player, working across the team of Services, Customer Success, Support and Pre-Sales team to ensure we have the right plans to support our customers
• Attend Sales meetings and prepare presentations
• Actively attend regional events, networking and customer events to drive business and relationships

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• A track record of success, working through multiple business cycles at prior employers.
• Proven track record in sales across in the region with strong, demonstrable SaaS sales experience with at least including closing multiple SaaS multi-year deals.
• Able to effectively and successfully lead on up to 10-12 customer meetings a week.
• Focused on Value Based solution selling using ROI and the MEDDPICC sales methodology across both mid market to enterprise deals.
• Ability to create and build pipeline against a mid-range sales cycle, which closes within 4-9 months.
• History of achieving 100% sales quotas (SAAS, ACV)
• Experience working in the SaaS Technology Space serving clients in one or many of these industries; Commercial or Residential Real Estate, Facilities Management, Manufacturing, Travel & Hospitality, Construction.
• A resilient and driven team player.
• Fluent German and business level spoken and written English.
• Candidates must possess a current and valid driver’s license.
• Satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.

Die Rolle

Matterport sucht eine(n) engagierte(n) und leistungsorientierte(n) Account Executive (M/W/D) zur Verstärkung des Vertriebsteams in der DACH-Region. In dieser Position arbeiten Sie eng mit Kunden aus den Bereichen Architektur, Ingenieurwesen und Bauwesen (AEC), Gewerbeimmobilien, Einzelhandel, Facility Management sowie Hotellerie zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Erreichen und Übertreffen der gegebenen Zielsetzung. Dies wird durch regelmäßige Kundenbesuche vor Ort sowie Online-Meetings erreicht.
• Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Gewinnung von Neukunden als auch die strategische Weiterentwicklung ausgewählter Bestandskunden. Es handelt sich um eine Position mit Fokus auf Neugeschäft.
• Aufbauen einer Pipeline für Ihr Vertriebsgebiet, indem Sie potenzielle Kunden (sowohl bestehende als auch neue Zielkunden) aktiv ansprechen. Sie generieren dabei mindestens 50% Ihrer Pipeline selbst.
• Durchführung von Vertriebs- und Technikpräsentationen sowie Vorführungen (einschließlich unserer Pro-3D-Kamera) für Neu- und Bestandskunden, sowohl online als auch vor Ort.
• Fundiertes Produktverständnis sowie Verständnis der Werte und der Vorteile von Matterport.
• Operative Exzellenz im Tagesgeschäft Ihres Vertragsgebietes, indem Sie wöchentliche, monatliche und vierteljährliche Kennzahlen präzise prognostizieren.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse von Vertriebstools wie Salesforce, Groove, Highspot und LinkedIn.
• Teamgeist. Sie arbeiten bereichsübergreifend mit den Teams für Service, Customer Success, Support und Pre-Sales zusammen, um sicherzustellen, dass wir über die richtigen Pläne zur Unterstützung unserer Kunden verfügen.
• Teilnahme an Sales Meetings, Vorbereitung von Präsentationen.
• Aktive Teilnahme an regionalen Veranstaltungen, Network-Events und Kundenveranstaltungen.

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
• Nachweisliche Erfolgsbilanz durch die Tätigkeit bei früheren Arbeitgebern über mehrere Konjunkturzyklen hinweg.
• Nachweisliche Erfolgsbilanz im Vertrieb in der Region, sowie fundierte, belegbare Erfahrungen im SaaS-Vertrieb, einschließlich des erfolgreichen Abschlusses mehrerer, mehrjähriger SaaS-Verträge.
• Wöchentlich bis zu 10-12 effetive und erfolgreiche Kundengespräche.
• Fokus auf wertorientierten Lösungsvertrieb unter Einsatz von ROI-Analysen und der MEDDPICC-Vertriebsmethodik, sowohl im Mittelstand- als auch im Großkundengeschäft.
• Fähigkeit eine Sales-Pipeline für einen mittleren Verkaufszyklus (Abschluss innerhalb von 4 bis 9 Monaten) aufzubauen.
• 100% nachweisbare Erfüllung der Vertriebsziele (SaaS, ACV).
• Berufserfahrung im Bereich SaaS-Technologie mit Kundenbetreuung in einer oder mehrer der folgenden Branchen: Gewerbe- oder Wohnimmobilien, Facility Management, Produktion/Fertigungsindustrie, Reise-und Gastgewerbe sowie Bauwesen.
• Engagierter und belastbarer Teamplayer
• Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift.
• Aktueller, gültiger Führerschein, ein Auszug aus dem Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt kann angefordert werden.
