Account Executive - Italy (m/f/d)

You have experience in selling and you are result driven that will not stop until get until the top of the mountain. You will inspire and motivate your team and share your best practices to help us conquer the market. 

What you'll do

  • Proactively research prospects in the region and contact them using all means (cold-calls, video-calls, LinkedIn, e-mailing, and beyond) both in the public and private sector.
  • Be the first point of contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts
  • Discover our potential partner needs and decide if they are a suitable partner
  • Create and win valuable business opportunities
  • Make data-driven decisions to improve your results.
  • Work closely with the international Speexx New Business team
  • Provide feedback (prospect needs, industry trends, market perception, competitive intelligence, etc.) to both management and the company's marketing team
  • Report on results and hit and exceed key metrics

What we look for

  • A university degree in economics or business-related area or similar background
  • Previous experience in working in a similar role, with a proven record of exceeding quotas in the past
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent quantitative skills and an analytical, data-driven mindset, as well as a passion for testing, analyzing, and iterating
  • Italian language skills on a native level and very good command of English
