Israel is one of the most software-intensive markets in the world - from global tech companies and unicorns to banks, telcos, and defense-adjacent enterprises, everyone here ships code at pace. As AI accelerates how much software gets written, the pressure on delivery, governance, and security only grows. CloudBees helps organizations build better, faster, and safer, and we're hiring an Account Executive to grow our business across Israel.

About The Role

You'll own a territory of Israeli accounts across two motions: growing existing customers - deepening relationships, driving adoption, and finding expansion opportunities - and winning new logos, where you personally generate pipeline through your own prospecting rather than waiting on inbound.

What You'll Do

• Own your territory end to end - account strategy, relationships, pipeline, and revenue.
• Run multi-stakeholder sales cycles across engineering leaders, platform teams, security, and procurement.
• Build Champions, reach the people who can authorize investment, and connect technology to business outcomes: productivity, cost, risk, and time-to-value.
• Personally create qualified pipeline through a consistent, measurable prospecting cadence.
• Work closely with Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Partners while keeping full accountability for your number.

What You'll Bring

• A proven sales record. Consistent quota attainment over multiple years selling enterprise or commercial software - repeatable performance, not one standout deal.
• A hunter's engine. Evidence that you've opened new accounts yourself and turned prospecting activity into pipeline and closed revenue.
• Sales discipline. Strong discovery skills and familiarity with a structured qualification methodology (MEDDPICC or similar).
• Technical credibility. Experience selling DevOps, developer tools, cloud, observability, cybersecurity, data platforms, or adjacent technology - or the curiosity to get credible fast with technical buyers.
• Dual-audience fluency. Comfortable talking to engineers about how something works and to executives about why it matters.
• Languages. Business fluent Hebrew (C2), spoken and written, plus strong professional English.
• Location. Based in Israel, ideally in or near the Tel Aviv metro area for regular customer face time.
