This role is employed through RemoFirst, Porch Group's Employer of Record partner in Colombia. Your employment will be legally administered through RemoFirst, while your day-to-day work is led by Porch Group.

Job Summary

As an Account Executive (AE) on our Inspection & Real Estate team, you’ll sell software that helps home inspectors run and grow their businesses. You’ll manage sales opportunities from discovery through live product demos and close, while also generating new opportunities through outbound prospecting. Your work directly supports small business owners by helping them save time, increase revenue, and simplify operations.

This role is a great fit for a motivated salesperson who can build rapport quickly, understand customer needs, and confidently manage opportunities through close.

What You Will Do As An Account Executive

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound and BDR- generated opportunities
• Understand customer needs, identify sales opportunities, and recommend the right solution for their business
• Host live product demos via screenshare, walking inspectors through workflows and tailoring the conversation to their business
• Explain and demonstrate product features clearly and consultatively
• Develop strong knowledge of our home inspection software platforms, the home inspection industry, and competing solutions
• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and deal notes in Salesforce and provide regular updates on deal progress and forecasts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Analytics, and Operations

What You Will Bring As An Account Executive

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of inside sales or Account Executive experience, ideally selling SaaS to SMB customers, with a demonstrated ability to manage opportunities through close
• Native-level spoken and written English proficiency, with the ability to confidently handle fast-paced, unscripted customer conversations
• Strong communication, presentation, discovery and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable learning multiple software products and quickly adopting new sales tools
• Coachable, curious, and motivated by solving problems for small business owners
• Self-motivated and comfortable working toward measurable sales and revenue goals
• Self-starter who can succeed in a fast-paced, evolving remote work environment
• Experience working with global and/or US based business teams 
• Excellent written and communication skills in English language 
• Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload

What You Will Get Supporting Porch Group

Monthly Salary: COP 5,000,000.00

Monthly incentive bonus: COP 2,000,000.00 target, variable based on individual performance

You will also be eligible to receive sales incentives, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
