NumberCruncher/OrderTime, part of the Fullsteam organization, is a core component of the SMB ERP vertical within Fullsteam, providing a cloud-based order management, inventory, and operational workflow solution for growing businesses. The platform integrates with systems like QuickBooks Online and Shopify to centralize operations, eliminate manual processes, and improve visibility across sales channels. The business unit plays a critical role in helping SMBs scale efficiently while driving strong recurring revenue growth within the organization.

The Account Executive for NumberCruncher/OrderTime is responsible for driving new business revenue and expanding existing customer relationships. This role focuses on pipeline generation, discovery-led selling, and closing opportunities by positioning OrderTime as the operational hub for SMB customers. The AE owns the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and qualification through demo, trial, and close, while maintaining high standards for activity, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up

  • Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close

  • Conduct discovery calls to uncover pain and qualify opportunities

  • Run product demos and guide prospects through trials

  • Drive AO → OT migration opportunities

  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce

  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

  • Adhere to daily activity standards (calls, emails, talk time)

  • Record all customer interactions and demos

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support)

  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong discovery and qualification skills (Sandler methodology preferred)

  • Ability to manage a high-volume sales pipeline

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • High level of accountability and ownership

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn complex products

  • Warehouse Management or Inventory Management in SaaS environments

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1–3+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred +WMS / Inventory Management experience

  • Experience managing full sales cycle deals

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce

S alary Range:
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $112,000 – $140,000
Includes base salary plus commission.
