本ポジションは Industrial & Manufacturing（製造）事業本部に所属し、大手製造業のお客様を担当します。大手エンタープライズのお客様と中長期にわたってパートナーシップを築き、ビジネスの成長と変革をリードします。CEO / CIO / CTO / BDM といった経営層と直接向き合い、グローバルかつ全社規模の経営・ビジネス課題に対して、Microsoftテクノロジーを活用した変革ロードマップの構想から、提案・実行までを一気通貫でリードします。社内の専門チームやパートナーと協働し、大規模アカウントの意思決定に影響を与え、産業と社会に有意義なインパクトをもたらすDXやAXを牽引する——それが本ロールの大きな魅力の一つです。

This position sits within the Industrial & Manufacturing business group and is responsible for major manufacturing customers.You will build mid- to long-term partnerships with large enterprise customers to lead their business growth and transformation. Engaging directly with executives such as the CEO / CIO / CTO / BDM, you will lead everything end-to-end—from shaping a transformation roadmap using Microsoft technology to proposing and executing it—to address their global and enterprise-wide management and business challenges. By collaborating with internal specialist teams and partners, you will influence decision-making in large-scale accounts and drive the DX and AX (AI transformation) that creates meaningful impact on industry and society—one of the key attractions of this role.

担当アカウントの成長を牽引し、顧客のビジネス成果を実現するために、社内外のステークホルダーをリードし、アカウントプランの策定・実行から、エグゼクティブとのリレーション構築、デマンドジェネレーション、そしてクロージングに至るまで、エンドツーエンドのアカウントリーダーシップを一貫して発揮します。

アカウントマネジメント

• 担当アカウントのアカウントプランを策定・実行し、売上・消費（Consumption）目標および顧客のビジネス成果の達成をリードする。
• 顧客ニーズ、売上インパクト、成長機会、アカウントリスクに基づいて複数アカウントの優先順位をつけ、状況の変化に応じてプランとリソース配分を調整する。
• 業界・ビジネスシナリオに基づく中長期のビジネスプランを策定し、社内外の意思決定者・パートナー・シニアリーダーを巻き込んで戦略的なアカウント成長を推進する。
• 主要パートナーとのネットワークを拡大し、パートナーセールスと連携してデマンドジェネレーションと商談クロージングを加速する。

カスタマーエンゲージメント

• CXOを含む経営層およびビジネス／IT意思決定者と信頼関係を構築し、顧客課題を起点にMicrosoftソリューションの価値とROIを可視化する。
• 顧客のビジネス戦略、テクノロジー課題、優先事項を深く理解し、インサイトに基づく提案を設計・提示する。

セールスエクセレンス

• バーチャルチームをリードし、顧客要件に沿った提案・実行のガバナンスを確立して商談を前進させる。
• 顧客および社内で合意したKPIとSuccess Measuresに対し、日次／週次／月次の進捗を可視化し、課題の特定とアクションの実行を通じてマネジメントする。
• パイプラインを継続的にレビューし、優先順位と次のアクションを設定し、フォーキャスト精度を高め、クロージングまで実行を推進する。

業界知識

• Microsoftテクノロジー（製品、クラウドサービス、ソリューション、ロードマップ）に関する知識を継続的にアップデートし、顧客課題に対する最適な提案に活かす。
• 製造業界について、業界構造、バリューチェーン、主要なトレンド／規制動向、経営・現場に共通する課題を理解し、中長期の変革テーマの定義・提案・実行をリードする。

To drive growth in assigned accounts and deliver customer business outcomes, you will lead internal and external stakeholders and consistently execute end-to-end account leadership—from building and running account plans, to executive relationship development, to demand generation through closing.

Account Management

• Develop and execute the account plan for assigned accounts, leading delivery against revenue and Consumption targets as well as customer business outcomes.
• Prioritize across multiple accounts based on customer needs, revenue impact, growth opportunities, and account risks, adjusting plans and resource allocation as conditions change.
• Create mid- to long-term business plans based on industry and business scenarios, and drive strategic account growth by engaging internal and external decision-makers, partners, and senior leaders.
• Expand networks with key partners and, in collaboration with partner sales, accelerate demand generation and deal closing.

Customer Engagement

• Build trusted relationships with executives and business/IT decision-makers, including CxO, and make the value and ROI of Microsoft solutions visible based on customer challenges.
• Deeply understand the customer's business strategy, technology challenges, and priorities, and design and present insight-driven proposals.

Sales Excellence

• Lead virtual teams and establish proposal and execution governance aligned to customer requirements to drive opportunities forward.
• Against KPI and Success Measures agreed with the customer and internally, visualize daily/weekly/monthly progress and manage through issue identification and execution of actions.
• Continuously review the pipeline, set priorities and next actions, improve forecast accuracy, and drive execution through to closing.

Industry Knowledge

• Continuously update knowledge of Microsoft technology (products, cloud services, solutions, and roadmaps) and apply it to deliver the best proposals for customer challenges.
• Understand the manufacturing industry—including industry structure, value chains, key trends/regulatory developments, and typical management and frontline challenges—and lead definition, proposal, and execution of mid- to long-term transformation themes.

Qualifications

必須要件

• アカウントマネジメント、クラウドサービス営業、技術営業、ITコンサルティング等の実務経験（5年以上）。
• エンタープライズ顧客の課題を的確に特定し、課題の構造化から提案まで、エンドツーエンドのストーリーラインを一貫して構築できる力。
• CXOクラスのステークホルダーとの関係構築および合意形成の実績。
• 社内外の複数のステークホルダーを巻き込み、オーケストレーションするリーダーシップ。
• 語学：日本語（上級ビジネスレベル：読み書き・会話）および英語（読み書き）。

歓迎要件（Preferred Qualifications）

• 英語での会話力（スピーキング）。
• 製造業界に関する知識、および業界固有の課題に基づいて提案を推進できる力。
• クラウド領域の市場動向に関する知識、およびクラウド関連プロジェクトの実行経験。

Required Qualifications

• Relevant professional experience (5+ years) in account management, cloud services sales, technology sales or IT consulting.
• Ability to accurately identify enterprise customer challenges and consistently build an end-to-end storyline from issue structuring through proposal.
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive alignment with CxO-level stakeholders.
• Leadership to engage and orchestrate multiple stakeholders across internal and external organizations.
• Languages: Japanese (advanced business level: reading/writing and speaking) and English (reading/writing).

Preferred Qualifications

• English speaking ability.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing industry and ability to drive proposals based on industry-specific challenges.
• Knowledge of market trends in the cloud domain and hands-on experience delivering cloud-related projects.
