If so, the role of Account Executive – Eastern Europe could be the perfect opportunity for you.
As Account Executive, you will lead commercial activities across the Eastern European region, with a primary focus on markets including Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, and other selected Eastern European countries
Working remotely from Poland, you will develop existing customer relationships while driving new business opportunities in the heat pump, district heating, industrial steam, and energy transition sectors.
A key aspect of this role is promoting and growing the combined portfolio of Vilter by Copeland and SPH (Sustainable Process Heat) solutions, providing customers with industry-leading technologies for industrial heat pumps, high-temperature process heating, steam generation, heat recovery, and district heating applications. SPH, headquartered in Overath, Germany, joined Copeland in 2025, further strengthening Copeland's industrial heating capabilities.
This position reports directly to the Sales Director Europe
Vilter, a legacy brand within Copeland, has been a pioneer in industrial compression technology for more than 150 years. Known for engineering excellence, Vilter has built a reputation for delivering highly efficient compression solutions for critical industrial and energy applications worldwide.
SPH (Sustainable Process Heat), headquartered in Overath, Germany, specializes in high-temperature industrial heat pump and steam-generation technologies that help manufacturers decarbonize thermal processes and reduce energy consumption. SPH's innovative solutions support a wide range of industrial applications requiring sustainable process heat and steam, enabling customers to transition away from fossil-fuel-based heating systems.
Together, Vilter and SPH provide one of the industry's most comprehensive portfolios of industrial heating technologies, combining advanced compression expertise with innovative heat pump, steam-generation, and sustainable process heating solutions. As part of Copeland, both brands play a critical role in supporting the global energy transition and helping customers achieve ambitious decarbonization goals.
