Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute territory strategies to deliver measurable results across your assigned accounts, focusing on VC-backed startups
- Build and maintain executive relationships through strategic discovery conversations and consultative sales approaches
- Navigate complex AI and technology conversations to identify opportunities that drive superior customer business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams both internally and externally to align goals and advance strategic opportunities
- Continuously enhance your understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends to provide maximum value to customers
A day in the life
You'll start your day analyzing account strategies and preparing for executive meetings with startup leaders. Your time is spent conducting strategic discovery sessions, uncovering new opportunities, and building relationships across customer organizations. You'll collaborate with internal teams to design solutions, navigate AI-focused discussions that address real business challenges, and advance opportunities through thoughtful relationship building. Each interaction is an opportunity to learn, adapt, and deliver meaningful value to innovative companies reshaping their industries.

- 3+ years of full sales cycle, technology sales or equivalent business development, sales engineering/consulting or equivalent experience
- AWS Cloud Practitioner certification
- AWS Certified AI Practitioner

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments, restricted stock units (RSUs), and sales incentives. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
