Flex is on a mission to change the way bills get paid - and we're looking for a sales rockstar to help us get there. As we rapidly expand into new markets, we need an experienced closer who's ready to own their number and build something real. We're looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset, relentless grit, humility, and curiosity; someone who sees ambiguity as an opportunity, not a roadblock. Where you'll work: This role is hybrid. If you're in the SLC, you'll spend 3 days a week with the team at our growing office in Lehi, UT - because some of the best deal strategy and coaching happens shoulder to shoulder.
Where you'll travel: Beyond SLC, you'll get out of the office for company offsites in Mexico, Sales Kickoff in Florida, conferences and client meetings across the US - think big wins, big energy, and time to connect with the team and clients in-person.
The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. This is a commission earning role. The OTE (On Target Earnings) listed below:

Offices
