VIDIZMO is an AI software company headquartered in Tysons, Virginia. We build Nexus, AI Intelligence Hub, AI Live Insight, and Redactor — a product family that lets organizations search, analyze, redact, and act on unstructured data, treating video, audio, images, documents, and text as equal first-class sources. More than 100 customers run VIDIZMO in production across public safety and justice, government, healthcare, financial services, education, legal, manufacturing, and energy, much of it on premises, air-gapped, or in FedRAMP High environments on a CJIS Security Policy-aligned architecture.

We are expanding our presence across the healthcare market — health systems, payers, and health tech vendors — and are hiring an Account Executive to own new-business sales execution in this sector.

What You Will Do

• Identify, research, and qualify healthcare organizations (providers, payers, health systems, health tech vendors) aligned to our growth strategy
• Own pipeline data accuracy and forecasting in CRM
• Manage full-cycle healthcare sales — prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and close
• Build competitive positioning and talking points for clinical documentation, PHI redaction, telehealth compliance, and medical records use cases
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a defined book of healthcare accounts, tracking performance against pipeline generation, closed revenue, and quota targets
• Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and solutions engineering on healthcare-facing messaging and deal support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of direct, verifiable experience in B2B enterprise software or SaaS sales, with a track record selling into healthcare accounts (not agency, services, or staff augmentation)
• Demonstrated, quantifiable contribution to revenue outcomes (must be able to speak to specific pipeline $ generated, deals closed, or quota attainment)
• Working CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) — must be able to describe your own pipeline management process
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Based in or able to work US business hours; authorized to work in the US

Strongly Preferred (will be screened for)

• Existing relationships with health systems, payers, or health tech vendors
• Direct exposure to healthcare sales cycles and buying committees (IT, compliance, clinical/operations stakeholders)
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance concepts (HIPAA, HITRUST, PHI handling, data governance)

Background and Security Requirements

Selected candidates may be required to complete background screening, HIPAA/security awareness training, and sign confidentiality and security agreements depending on territory and customer assignment.
