Job Description

Oneflow is a rapidly growing tech scale-up located in the heart of Stockholm. We have created a platform that automates the entire contract process from start to finish, all in one place. Turning clunky, static contracts into customer-oriented, digital contracts that feel like magic.

Who you are:
We’re now looking for hungry Account Executives to join our Finnish team—people who want to take ownership, build pipeline from scratch, and close deals at a high pace.

What you'll do
As an Account Executive, you own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed deal.

This is a role for someone who wants to build their own pipeline, drive new business, and directly impact revenue growth.

You will:

  • Proactively prospect and generate new opportunities through calls, social selling, and networking

  • Drive the full sales cycle: discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing

  • Build and develop relationships with decision-makers in mid-sized and large companies across the Nordics

  • Manage your pipeline and forecast with structure and discipline

  • Take full ownership of hitting and exceeding your targets

Skills and requirements
You

  • Have experience in B2B sales (SaaS is a strong plus)

  • Are comfortable prospecting and not afraid to pick up the phone

  • Have a strong internal drive and enjoy competing—both with yourself and others

  • Are used to working towards clear targets and take ownership of your results

  • Know how to build trust and move deals forward

  • Use modern sales methods (e.g. social selling) to create opportunities

  • Are fluent in Swedish and English
