Job Description


Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
  • Experience advising C-suite level executives.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Portuguese fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building trusted-advisor relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google Ad Solutions and in video advertising (AI-powered Performance and Video, CTV).
  • Understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
  • Ability to sell/propose creative technologies across a landscape of various decision makers.
  • Proven ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments, influence/collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for the customer and Google.
  • Strong strategic and tactical thinking skills, systems thinking, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

The Finance/Banks team within the LCS Brazil team empowers the most complex advertisers to harness the power of data and technology, enabling them to achieve their business and marketing objectives. In this role, you will leverage the full suite of Google’s Data & Technology products (e.g., Google Marketing Platform, ADH, and Advanced Marketing Analytics with GCP).

We work with senior management at our largest advertisers and marketing partners to tailor and deliver technology solutions that meet their specific needs.

We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate long-term, trusted partnerships with client C-level executives, decision-makers, and agency partners to drive their business growth.
  • Design comprehensive digital and data transformation strategies using the full stack of Google products (e.g., Google Ads, GMP, AI solutions) to optimize advertising spend.
  • Generate and execute Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and selling tactics that deliver quick wins in the short term while building mid-to-long-term value.
  • Coordinate with internal Large Customer Sales (LCS) and cross-functional product teams to build scalable solutions and advocate for the client.
  • Advocate for Google’s platform benefits and educate clients on how to leverage various data, tech, and media offerings to achieve their business objectives.
