Account Executive Duties & Responsibilities

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and introducing merchants to our payment processing solutions.

Responsibilities include:

• Establish relationships with new customers and potential business clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Identify prospective merchants and develop new business opportunities.
• Present WOW Brand's payment processing solutions, POS systems, and related services to potential clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, concerns, and sales opportunities.
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed about new products and services.
• Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Meet with business owners to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Work toward sales targets and contribute to the company's business development goals.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
• Familiarity with word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
• Sales experience is preferred; candidates with strong communication and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of the payment processing or merchant services industry is an advantage.
• Confident, professional, and personable approach when interacting with clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to develop sales and business management skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-only compensation: Starts at $300 per qualified account, subject to applicable account requirements.
• Unlimited earning potential: No cap on commission earnings, subject to the applicable commission structure.
