About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Account Executive - Enterprise to join our Perth team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on winning new business while building trusted, long-term customer relationships. In a market rich with opportunity, you'll inherit an established portfolio of Enterprise customers while also having the freedom, autonomy and support to drive significant new business growth across the region. Working with one of the strongest solution portfolios in the market, you'll engage with senior stakeholders across a range of industries, helping organisations solve business challenges through Canon's broad range of print technology, information management and workplace solutions. You'll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation through to solution design, negotiation, implementation and ongoing account growth. Key responsibilities include:

• Drive new business growth across the Enterprise market through proactive prospecting and business development
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Manage and grow an established portfolio of Enterprise customers
• Identify cross-sell, upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts
• Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers and senior stakeholders
• Lead complex sales opportunities from discovery through to close
• Collaborate with internal specialists to develop customer-focused solutions
• Prepare and present compelling proposals, tenders and business cases
• Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management and account plans through Salesforce
• Contribute to regional growth strategies and market development initiatives

About You

You're an energetic, self-motivated sales professional who loves the challenge of opening doors, creating opportunities and winning new business. You're naturally curious, commercially astute and highly driven to achieve results. While you're comfortable hunting for new opportunities, you also understand that sustainable growth comes from building long-term partnerships and becoming a trusted advisor to your customers. You enjoy being out in the market, developing relationships, uncovering opportunities and finding innovative ways to help customers achieve better business outcomes. To be successful, you'll bring:

• Proven success in Enterprise B2B sales, business development or strategic account management
• A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience generating new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and relationship building
• Strong account management skills with the ability to grow existing customer relationships
• Experience engaging with senior executives and decision-makers
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and solution-selling capability
• A highly proactive, resilient and self-driven approach
• Experience managing opportunities through a CRM platform such as Salesforce

Experience within technology, print, managed services, software, information management, telecommunications, workplace solutions or broader ICT environments will be highly regarded.
