What You Will Do
- Drive enterprise sales initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and track performance metrics effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 6–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Strong proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools for sales management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred
- Experience selling healthcare solutions or services to large enterprises.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting to inform sales strategies.
