What You Will Do

  • Drive enterprise sales initiatives to acquire new clients and expand existing accounts.
  • Utilize HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and track performance metrics effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and deliver compelling presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 6–10 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the healthcare or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools for sales management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience selling healthcare solutions or services to large enterprises.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and reporting to inform sales strategies.
  • A network of contacts within the healthcare industry that can be leveraged for business development.

Compensation and Benefits
