As a member of the Banking Sales organization, activities and objectives will be focused on winning new strategic business. These solutions are complex enterprise solutions that provide high value to our customers.

  • Position responsible for sellingbanking solutions andmanaged services to increase NCR's market share and profitability
  • Targets Community Financial Institutionsat senior and executive levels in a geographic territory
  • Accountable for building relationships with existing and prospective new customers
  • Involves cold calling and generating customer interest to drive penetration of new accounts
  • Execute sthe sales process by moving new opportunities successfully through the funnel (Salesforce proficiency a positive)
  • Createsaccount andopportunity plan s, including sales strategiesto drive the sales funnel and engagement for your territory
  • Participates in and helps deliver monthly and quarterly customer business reviews
  • Secures budgetfunding for future initiatives at the clientexecutive level
  • Defin es and createscustomer needs and NCR's ability to meet those needs through banking solutions
  • Serve sas the liaison between the customer and the company for resolving conflicts and driving overall customer satisfaction
  • Creates solution offers and proposal developmentto align with customer needs
  • Articulates solutions in terms of ROI and business caseto the client
  • Collaborates with team members to learn and leverage collective knowledge
  • Utilize steam members including pre-sale technical professionals, post-sale delivery professional sand management to achieve business objectives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, technical or business discipline strongly preferred
  • 3-5 years of related experience by selling Hardware-, Software- and Services-solutions in the financial industry
  • Proven success in solution sales environment , including achieving quota and other quantitative objectives
  • Demonstrated success in managing account relationship sand developing new account opportunities
  • Excellent communication skills--oral, written and presentation
  • Strong teaming skills and demonstrated proactive leadership
