What You Will Do
- Drive sales initiatives to establish and grow employer partnerships, focusing on innovative health solutions.
- Utilize HubSpot to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and optimize outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance member engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Present compelling value propositions to potential clients, demonstrating the impact on healthcare spend and employee well-being.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 5–10 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within health technology or related fields.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with employer clients.
- Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRM tools to manage sales processes effectively.
- Strong understanding of healthcare trends, particularly in relation to MSK issues and employer-sponsored health solutions.
Preferred
- Experience in a startup environment, with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with health benefits and wellness programs offered by employers.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model, engaging with both in-office and remote teams.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $125K to $165K, commensurate with experience. Our client offers a competitive benefits package designed to support employee health and well-being.
