MSAB is looking for a high-energy, ambitious sales professional who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities, and closing deals in Eastern Europe.

The role

You will travel to meet our customers at least 3 days a week. The role covers the following main locations, and therefore suitable for a candidate who is based in:

· Poland

· Czech Republic

· Hungary

In collaboration with a wider support team you will strengthen customer engagement, identify and qualify leads, up-sales opportunities and close deals that exceed targets. Your main responsibilities include:

Own the Complete Sales Cycle

• Prospect, qualify, develop and close new business opportunities.
• Build strategic territory plans focused on revenue growth.
• Manage opportunities from initial engagement through to contract signature.

Drive New Customer Acquisition

• Identify and pursue new prospects across law enforcement and government sectors.
• Deliver compelling technical and commercial presentations.
• Leverage existing customer relationships to create further opportunities.

Build a Strong Pipeline

• Maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Develop forecasting accuracy and sales visibility.
• Keep CRM activity and pipeline information updated weekly.

Collaborate for Success

• Coordinate with channel partners and distributors.
• Work closely with sales engineers and subject matter experts.
• Ensure customers receive a world-class experience throughout the buying journey.

Experience

Essential

• Proven success in a B2B sales role.
• Software or technology sales experience.
• Experience managing and closing complex sales opportunities.
• Strong prospecting, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to build trust with senior decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Eastern Europe.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• CRM discipline and pipeline management experience.

Preferred

• Experience selling solutions to law enforcement, government, or public sector organisations.
• Understanding of digital forensics or cyber investigation technologies.
• Experience working with channel partners and distributors.
