Job Description
Managing Team of Social Media Moderators
Operating Tasks on the Notion platform.
Add all preliminary data to the customer on Notion and follow up on the addition of data and reports periodically.
Ensure that all access permits are taken to the customer's advertising and social media accounts.
Manage/ observe social media platforms and optimize when needed.
Organizing tasks & Working Closely with the Creative team.
Work to achieve the digital goals agreed upon with the client.
Sending monthly reports showing all the tasks and achievements during the month
Requirements
B.S. in Marketing, Business or equivalent education in related fields.
+1 year of experience as a Digital Account Executive.
Experience in using Account Management CRM Software (Notion, HubSpot, etc...) & MS Office Suit.
Digital Marketing Certificate is a must (diploma - course)
Digital Marketing Agency Background
KSA & GCC Clients Experience is preferred.
Ecommerce Experience is preferred.
Familiar with chatting and receiving calls
Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
Excellent Handling, Problem Solving, Account Management Skills.
Very good in English writing & speaking.
Great attention to detail.
Organizational skills.
An analytical mind.
