
Primary Responsibilities:
· Identify, research, and establish relationships with various influencers in various niches
· Own outreach to approved influencers and manage the full relationship including: conceptualizing a creative scope, drafting contracts, working alongside senior leaders on budget negotiations, scheduling and monitoring content going live and reporting on influencer programs
· Managing content across partners. This includes managing assets incoming from partners, coordinating internal and client reviews and ensuring all requested edits are made before posting
· Manage influencer product in the New York City office – this includes receiving influencer products from clients (e.g. Nikon cameras), conducting inventory and managing shipments of product out to partners to execute their scopes
· Whitelisting creator content with paid dollars
· Coordinate with social media community managers and the content team on creator-led social media content for owned channels
· Work alongside leaders of the Social/Influencer Practice to help enhance offerings for our Consumer clients to ensure the agency is evolving and staying ahead of the curve
· Deliver client-ready materials, including plans, memos, proposal decks, and timelines
· Stay up to date on social media and influencer trends and platform capabilities as it relates to social clients
· Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed to maximize traffic, engagement, and growth potential across all platforms
· Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audiences and users
· Work with social monitoring and reporting tools to pull performance and insights for activity and status reports
Requirements
Requirements/Qualifications + Success Factors:
· 2-3 years of experience that includes Influencer marketing, content strategy and development, and social media management
· Experience executing paid social advertising is a plus
· Proficient reporting skills and turning data into insights & recommendations
· Maintain a professional, client-ready demeanor and presence; keep a high standard of etiquette in all communications and interactions
· Superior oral and written communication skills; proofreading and editing ability
