Since we launched in 2019, we have already achieved the following:

  • We’ve built a community of over 7 million users 🤝
  • In December 2024 we have finalised the biggest Series B ( €30 million)🏆
  • Grown our team to more than 170 employees 🚀

About the role:
By joining our Northern Europe team (France, Benelux & DACH), you'll be entering a vibrant and well-established market where bsport already leads the way. But we’re not stopping there-we’re on the lookout for curious, creative thinkers who are ready to bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to help us take our success to even greater heights!

What will be your impact:

  • Showcase clear and engaging demos that highlight bsport’s value by addressing client-specific pain points.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from demo to close, guiding clients smoothly from demo to close for an efficient client experience.
  • Be a key partner for SDRs in driving lead quality, while collaborating closely with Account Managers to ensure a flawless and impactful client handover post-signing.
  • Share valuable insights to product and marketing teams to enhance our offerings and align with client needs.
  • Develop proactive strategies to drive client acquisition and reinforce bsport’s market presence across Northern Europe.

You would be great fit if you have:

  • Experience in a similar position within a high-growth/fast-paced startup environment.
  • A consultative, customer-focused approach with strong negotiation skills to understand needs, offer tailored solutions, abd ensuring an exceptional client experience.
  • A goal-driven approach with a passion for achieving results and a proactive attitude toward challenges.
  • Collaborative mindset to ensure the platform’s success with clients and across internal teams.
  • Have native level in German and proficiency in English.
