Peripass is a tech company at heart. We build software that digitises and automates complex logistics environments for companies like Bridgestone, Alpro and ArcelorMittal. These companies have hundreds of trucks loading and unloading every month, and our SaaS platform helps them orchestrate that whole process. Peripass is a high-impact SaaS platform used in international enterprise environments.

Want to be part of this adventure? As an Account Executive Germany within the Sales Team, you will have a front-row seat to the growth of an international SaaS scale-up and play a key role in expanding our presence in the German market.

• Own the full sales cycle: You will be responsible for selling our SaaS solution and independently managing qualified sales opportunities from initial engagement through signed contract. This includes identifying and qualifying prospects, conducting discovery conversations, developing business cases, managing stakeholders, negotiating and closing deals.
• Build our presence in Germany: Identify target accounts and create new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and personalised outreach across relevant industries. Work closely with our BDR team to open conversations with new prospects and build awareness of Peripass in the German market.
• Pipeline momentum and sales velocity: Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders and customer champions to maintain momentum, reduce sales cycles, and improve win rates. This involves consistent follow-ups, addressing blockers, and aligning on goals.
• Existing customer growth: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and selling to additional sites within existing customer accounts, in close collaboration with Customer Success and other relevant teams.
• Deal negotiation and closing: Take commercial leadership in deal negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with the prospect's needs while achieving company revenue and margin goals. This includes handling objections and finalising contracts.
• Travel across Germany The role involves travelling approximately two to three days per week within Germany to meet prospects and customers.
• Work from our new German office: We are soon opening a new office in Hamburg.
• Visit our Ghent HQ approximately every six weeks to connect with your colleagues. To get you fully acquainted with your colleagues, you'll also get an in-depth onboarding at our HQ during your first two weeks.
• You will report directly to Guillaume, our GTM Lead, who is looking forward to coaching you extensively as you build the German market and grow your career at Peripass.

Requirements

Come on, blow us away with your credentials! 💥 You will if you have:

• At least five years of work experience, including two years of relevant experience owning a full sales cycle.
• Experience working in a high-growth environment, preferably in SaaS or a similar context.
• Experience managing complex decision-making units and closing deals of a comparable size.
• Hunter mindset: You are not afraid of outbound sales or creating opportunities from scratch. Working in a scale-up means that you are willing to hunt, generate leads and actively open doors with new prospects. Of course, you will be supported by our BDR team, but mindset is key!
• Strong stakeholder management skills for complex decision-making units and sales processes in international corporate environments.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and spoken German and English.
