Job Description

>Demonstrate understanding of key client information including business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers and competitors

>Provide account administration including meeting deadlines, troubleshooting problems, attending client meetings and conference calls and reporting weekly/monthly activity and coverage

>Manage media relations by identifying & working with target media and demonstrating a network of traditional and online media contacts and influencers

>Demonstrate an understanding of and implement public engagement and social media programs Write press materials and internal communications

>Edit and proofread written materials for quality and adherence to appropriate writing style

>Manage projects using organizational skills, working with colleagues, vendors and support agencies and keeping project leaders apprised of status

>Coordinate public relations tactics by managing workflow, logistics and interaction with media and influencers Develop client interaction skills

>Implement traditional and online research techniques

>Demonstrate understanding of how to use and apply to client objectives, basic social media tools including blogs, Twitter, RSS feeds, microblogging, social networks, etc.

>Participate and assist in program brainstorming, development and planning
