Parking may look like a simple operational topic, until you realize it impacts employee experience, workplace strategy, real estate value and mobility policies. Parking is one of the last operational processes that many companies still manage manually (spreadsheets, waiting lists, badge requests, employees frustrated because they can't find a parking space, buildings with underused parking assets, etc)

We believe parking deserves better.

Izix helps companies and real estate owners digitize the way they manage parking.

Our platform automates parking allocation, streamlines access management, optimizes occupancy and gives organizations the tools they need to deploy smarter parking and mobility policies.

Why this role matters ?

We're looking for someone who doesn't simply want to sell software. We're looking for someone who wants to accelerate the growth of the market leader.

As our next Account Executive for BeLux, you'll play a key role in owning the growth of Izix across Belgium and Luxembourg, identifying new opportunities, building strategic relationships and expanding our footprint within one of our most mature markets.

The opportunity is unique: we already have a strong footprint, a trusted brand, and an extensive customer base in the region. Now we want to accelerate our market share.

What you'll be doing ?

As an Account Executive, you'll own the entire sales cycle - from the first conversation to the signed contract.

More specifically, you'll:

• Identify and engage new prospects across Belgium and Luxembourg.

• Build relationships with Facility Managers, Real Estate Directors, Property Managers and Asset Managers.

• Lead consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

• Understand customer challenges and demonstrate the value of Izix.

• Manage your pipeline through HubSpot.

• Work closely with Marketing, Product and Customer Success.

• Consistently exceed your targets while contributing to Izix's commercial strategy.

Requirements

Who we're looking for ?

You'll probably thrive here if you:

• Have 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales.

• Enjoy building relationships and winning new business.

• Know how to manage complex stakeholders and sales cycles.

• Have the curiosity to understand customer challenges before proposing solutions.

• Love competition and are motivated by ambitious targets.

• Bring energy, ownership and a positive mindset.

• Want to grow alongside a company that's scaling quickly.

• Speak Dutch and French fluently, with professional English.
  

Bonus points if you've worked in SaaS, PropTech, Corporate Real Estate, Facility Management or Mobility.
