We connect the right people at the right time, the decisions makers who need to find the right tech, cyber and digital partners for their growth, and the solution and service providers who need to reach the CXOs.

2026 is our most important growth year so far. We are scaling fast, investing in sales, and building a revenue engine that supports +40% growth of revenue. Now we’re looking for someone in Antwerpen or Barcelona who wants to build the future in our top performing sales team!

Your mission

You will sell access to our executive network to technology and digital solution providers who want to accelerate their commercial growth. Not “event participation.” Not generic marketing exposure. But curated 1-to-1 business meetings that shorten sales cycles, open doors, make account executive work more effective, and support international expansion – our services can be used to multiple commercial challenges.

You own the full sales cycle: From prospecting and outreach to and develop them and grow the lifetime value. Our sales team has is commercial ownership of our customers.

• You create pipeline proactively
• Understand your customer's commercial engine before you present solutions
• Manage stakeholders, not just contacts
• Bring first-time buyers into collaborations and later, collaborations into long-term partnerships
• You are measured on results and supported to reach them

We believe you'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience in B2B sales with full-cycle ownership
• Are comfortable with proactive outreach and cold calling
• Enjoy creating opportunities rather than wait for leads
• Are ambitious, driven, and team-oriented mindset
• Understand that performance comes from clarity and accountability
• Believe winning is a team sport
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
