We are looking for a Account Executive to join our team and work with our CSE partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and own a strong pipeline and full sales cycle: Develop and convert a qualified pipeline through SDR-generated leads and proactive outbound prospecting, managing opportunities end-to-end from qualification through negotiation and closing.
• Achieve and exceed New Business targets: Deliver against revenue and new customer acquisition targets within the CSE segment.
• Drive outbound opportunities: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities beyond SDR-sourced leads.
• Own your pipeline and forecast: Manage priorities, opportunities and sales forecasts with rigor and a high level of autonomy.
• Ensure strong sales execution: Maintain rigorous follow-up on opportunities, next steps, deal progression and forecasting.
• Maintain accurate CRM data: Keep Salesforce fully up to date and ensure structured and reliable tracking of all opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with SDR, Sales, Product, Marketing and other internal teams to maximize sales performance and ensure strong execution.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and team performance: Share market feedback and best practices to continuously improve the sales approach, processes, and actively contribute to improving team processes and overall performance.
• Develop strong market knowledge: Build a deep understanding of the CSE market, customer needs, key players and competitive landscape.

Requirements

We are looking for a results-driven, autonomous and commercially minded sales professional who thrives in a hunting environment and is comfortable owning the full sales cycle.

• Hunting & Pipeline Generation: Proven ability to proactively generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, in addition to working with SDR-generated leads.
• Sales Methodology & Qualification: Strong understanding of sales methodologies and ability to qualify opportunities effectively, identify decision-makers and assess deal potential.
• Closing & Negotiation: Demonstrated ability to lead negotiations, handle objections and successfully close complex B2B deals.
• Ownership & Autonomy: Highly autonomous, with a strong sense of ownership over your territory, pipeline, opportunities and results.
• Pipeline & Forecast Management: Strong ability to manage a sales pipeline, prioritize opportunities and provide accurate, data-driven forecasts. Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM is a plus.
• Communication & Influence: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders and influence decision-makers.
• Results Orientation & Resilience: Strongly target-driven, persistent and resilient, with the ability to navigate rejection and maintain momentum in a high-performance sales environment.
• Collaboration & Team Contribution: A strong team player who actively shares best practices, market insights and feedback, and contributes to the continuous improvement of sales processes and team performance.
