We are looking for dedicated Inside Sales Rep to join a great team.
The Position
Harmar is looking for a positive individual to work with our dealer network. The position will provide onsite product and procedural training.
Building opportunities within the company systems that lead to new sales orders Accurate quote building based on information received from customers
· Generates revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products.
· Drive sales of Harmar products, by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sales opportunities.
· Converting quotes into orders once approved by customer
· Serve as internal sales support for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and goals.
· Each Account Executive will be assigned key accounts, which shall be contacted monthly per the company regimen
· Calls on and creates relationships with potential customers, or leads, to cultivate new business. Any accounts contacted outside of assigned accounts need to be clearly identified in SFDC and communicated to the territory team.
· Cross-sell products, i.e., Mobility and Access, Access and Mobility, etc.
· Confirm competitive landscape, document conversations with customers to identify why Harmar products are not being purchased.
· Provide feedback and input to the weekly TM calls.
· Incorporates installers visibility to installer scorecard, in particular the grade, and provide recommendations for improvement.
· Follow discount guidelines without exception.
· Respond to ALL customer requests in a timely fashion.
· Maintain an organized and efficient methodology for facilitating customer and internal emails
· Encourage, build, and nurture relationships with customers to foster growth.
Requirements
· Sales skills to include demonstrated closing skills. Prior attendance at formal sales training courses considered a strong plus.
· Organization skills for proper territory planning/management
· Demonstrated record of achievement in prior sales related position preferred. Creativity a plus.
· Excellent verbal, written and telephone skills supported by strong interpersonal skills
· Demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and with all management levels in a dynamic environment.
· Decision making ability and creative problem solving skills
· Must have a customer-oriented focus with a creative, assertive and winning attitude.
· Experience as Account Executive or Inside Sales Rep.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to collaborate with supervisor and colleagues by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person
