Account Executive | SME Broking | Melbourne's North West | $90,000 to $110,000 + super About the Organisation Our client is an established insurance brokerage in Melbourne's north west. It's growing and is adding to its team. About the Role We're recruiting an Account Executive to manage an SME book of $300,000 to $400,000 in income. Support staff are allocated depending on the book size and your level. You manage your own claims. There's no formal new business target, but new business development is part of the role. Responsibilities include: Preparing renewals and supporting policies across the portfolio Managing claims for your clients Developing new business Building client relationships Managing debtors About You You'll be an Account Executive or Account Manager with SME broking experience. Ideally you'll bring: Tier 1 (required) WinBEAT and OfficeTech experience (preferred) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint What's on Offer $90,000 to $110,000 + super, depending on experience Support staff allocated to suit the book Career progression as the business grows Office based, five days a week Next Steps Hooker & Heijden undertake a thorough recruitment process on behalf of our clients and candidates.
