Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Territory & Account Management

• Manage existing customer accounts within the assigned territory.
• Develop new accounts in the express delivery business.
• Grow the assigned customer segment.
• Retain existing revenue and customer relationships.

New Business Development

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.
• Conduct sales calls and face-to-face customer visits.
• Convert prospects into new UPS customers.
• Generate new volume and revenue.

Account Penetration

• Identify additional opportunities within existing accounts.
• Introduce relevant UPS products and services.
• Increase customer penetration and business opportunities.

Customer Management

• Understand customers' supply chain and business needs over wants.
• Build relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Respond to and resolve customer issues and concerns. by valued solutions.

Sales Execution

• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Conduct pre-call research and analysis.
• Prepare customized customer presentations.
• Manage pricing requests and analyze quotations.
• Track sales performance against objectives.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in international express, logistics, or supply chain industry
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management concepts, with the ability to articulate UPS's value proposition to customers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for sales tracking and reporting.
