Job Description

We are seeking an Account Executive to identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the construction industry within an assigned geographic territory. You will build a pipeline, connect with decision-makers, and guide opportunities from initial outreach through close.

You will also grow the accounts you develop. By building lasting customer relationships and understanding how their needs evolve, you will uncover repeat business and expand EarthCam’s presence throughout your territory.

• Prospect for and develop new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Build a qualified pipeline through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry events
• Meet with prospective customers to understand their needs and present relevant EarthCam solutions
• Deliver product demonstrations and presentations that show the value of our technology
• Partner with internal teams to prepare proposals and move opportunities through negotiation and close
• Build lasting relationships with customer contacts and decision-makers
• Grow accounts within your territory by identifying additional needs and opportunities for repeat business
• Maintain regular customer contact, respond to requests, and follow through on commitments
• Keep sales activity, opportunities, and forecasts accurate and current in the CRM
• Collaborate with Sales Administration, Client Services, and other teams to support a strong customer experience
• Attend trade shows and visit customers as needed to develop business and strengthen relationships

• You can explain technology clearly and connect its benefits to customer needs
• You are organized, persistent, and accountable for your follow-through
• You are motivated to grow both your territory and the accounts within it

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
• Ability to prospect, qualify opportunities, present solutions, and manage a sales pipeline
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Experience using a CRM to track customer activity and opportunities
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend company meetings or events as needed
