We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health and Benefits team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This is a varied and rewarding account executive role with real responsibility at its heart. You will help manage Marsh’s Group Life SME Facility, supporting small to medium business clients and making sure their insurance arrangements are handled with care, accuracy and professionalism.

We will count on you to:

• Manage the day-to-day operation of the SME Facility, including policy administration, renewals, endorsements and reporting
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to support timely and accurate processing of client transactions
• Improve facility processes by identifying opportunities for greater efficiency and practical solutions
• Ensure documentation, records and compliance requirements are handled with care and to a high standard
• Look for opportunities to grow your portfolio by introducing relevant products and services that strengthen client relationships
• Support the onboarding of new business into the facility and manage changes to existing arrangements

What you need to have:

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance competing priorities
• Experience supporting operational work in a client service, insurance or administrative environment
• A proactive and thoughtful approach to problem-solving and process improvement
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders
