The Opportunity

Are you an experienced commercial insurance broker looking for your next move? Join our client-focused team in Cavan! You’ll manage an established commercial portfolio, build trusted client relationships, and drive organic business growth with the flexibility of a hybrid work setup.

What You’ll Do

• Portfolio Management: Maintain and grow an existing portfolio of commercial clients.
• Client Service: Deliver high-standard advice, process renewals, and handle day-to-day documentation.
• New Business: Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities.
• Compliance: Ensure all work aligns with internal service standards and Central Bank of Ireland requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in insurance broking (Account Handler, Account Executive, or similar).
• Strong relationship-building, networking, and communication skills.
• A proactive, target-driven, and client-first mindset.
• Great organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
