The Opportunity: Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role requires attention to detail and strong organizational skills. This individual will be instrumental in supporting leadership in account management, including day-to-day account activities We'll require you to work with agency team leaders to facilitate optimal client service and a quality experience.

Note: The individual in this role must be located within a commutable distance to our Cedar Knolls, New Jersey office This person will be expected to attend special meetings and events at the office, in addition to client visits in the Cedar Knolls area, a few times per month.

Key Responsibilities

Core Function:

  • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables and ensure that projects are executed on time and on budget.
  • Partner with the team to efficiently manage the project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
  • Follow up with the clients on outstanding issues and questions.
  • Prepare weekly status reports and set up weekly project status calls.
  • Manage submission process and review all deliverables and aggregate team feedback.
  • Communicate client changes and rationale to internal team following client reviews.
  • Actively monitor the headlines for current brand and competitor news, trends, and white space opportunity.

What You'll Bring: Required Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Please provide minimum requirement (e.g., Bachelor's degree in a relevant field).
  • Experience:
    • 1 to 3 years relevant experience required.

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Excellent understanding of digital marketplace and ad formats.
  • Experience preparing financial worksheets and reports.
  • Ability to think strategically, creatively, and collaboratively.

Skills:

  • Highly effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deliverables.
  • Work on multitasking skills and ability to run multiple projects and priorities with a sense of ease.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Media experience is a plus.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical advertising, healthcare communications, or a related highly-regulated industry.
